STEP 2 - VALUATION

We will confirm our offer to you, in writing. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange an independent valuation and inspection of your property. At this stay there is no obligation to proceed, and our offer is valid for 28 days.

STEP 3 - PURCHASE

As soon as you give us the go-ahead, we will start the purchase process immediately. If you have a solicitor you will need to provide their details or, if you don't have a solicitor, we can arrange one for you. We will even pay 100% of your legal fees when using our preferred solicitors, so all you need to do is sign on the dotted line.

STEP 4 - COMPLETION

We will agree a completion date that suits your circumstances. Once contracts are exchanged, the money will be transferred straight into your bank account. This process can take as little as seven days.
